Refund & Returns Policy

At Little Loop, we sell carefully inspected preloved baby gear. We want you to shop with confidence.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at Littleloop7@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Items that show signs of use beyond what was described at the time of sale, or items returned after 7 days, will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
